These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bulk Pics ("we", "our", or "us"), a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product that provides bulk image editing tools.
By accessing or using Bulk Pics, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Bulk Pics. By using the service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep your information up to date.
We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe it is being used in violation of these Terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Uploading or processing unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
- Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
- Circumventing usage limits or access controls
- Using the service to distribute malware or malicious content
Subscriptions & Payments
Bulk Pics is offered on a subscription basis. Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges according to the selected plan until you cancel.
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as explicitly described in our Refund Policy.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or the billing portal.
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused time.
Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase only, as described in our Refund Policy.
After the refund window has passed, all payments are final.
Intellectual Property
Bulk Pics and all related software, branding, and content are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any images or content you upload. We do not claim ownership over your content.
Service Availability
We strive to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Bulk Pics at our discretion if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Bulk Pics is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or be error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bulk Pics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
